Annual General Meeting 29th November 2021, 7:30pm

Due to the continuing Covid-19 situation, this will be a Zoom Meeting

If you live on The Garrison you are invited to hear what your committee has achieved in its efforts to keep the Garrison a pleasant place to live.

There are still many issues to be addressed that affect you, including;

  • Appointment of Resident Directors for SGMCL

  • Final hand-over of Garrison management to the residents’ control

  • Future role of Shoebury Garrison Residents’ Association

The meeting arrangements will be as follows:

➢   A Panel will host the meeting and respond to pre-submitted questions.

➢   Previous Minutes and Agenda will be posted on the GRA website prior to the meeting

➢   Reports, including those from the Chairman and Treasurer, will be posted on the GRA website prior to the meeting

➢   Questions from Residents for our local Councillors or Committee members are requested by email to Pamela Deakin pameladeakin45@btinternet.com: to be received not later than 15th November, so that replies can be prepared

➢   Nominations to the Committee, of yourself or others, are requested by email, using the forms posted on the GRA website, to be received not later than 20th November

Residents with legal and planning experience would be especially useful to join us in dealing with the above and on future issues on your behalf.
