Your chance to say what you want for your neighbourhood, to the people who can help to make it happen.

If you live on The Garrison, you are invited to attend this year’s AGM, to hear what your committee has achieved in its efforts to keep the Garrison a pleasant place to live. 

This is your opportunity to meet with Ward Councilor's who can lobby on your behalf;  Policing representatives; Our Managing Agents, who useyour management fees to maintain the Garrison as well as the Prospective Directors of The Shoebury Garrison Management Company Limited and Essex Wildlife Trust Gunners Park Ranger.

There are still many local issues to be addressed that may affect you including:

• Handover of the Garrison management to the residents.
• Traffic management across the Garrison.
• The proposal to convert the Garrison Chapel to a wedding venue.
• The future use of the Gun and Carriage Shed (heritage centre)
• The impact on the Garrison of the proposedShoebury Primary Care Centre
• Management of the public leisure facilities on the Garrison.
• The effect on the Garrison of the proposed Coastal Community Park

You will also have the opportunity to nominate yourself and others to join the GRA committee; we urgently need more committee members. 

We particularly need residents with legal and planning experience to join us in dealing with the above and on future issues on your behalf.
